Refer to our documents on the API to find a more detailed description of the error that occurred and possible solutions to the problem. If you still cannot resolve the problem after you read the description of the error, please contact the Protectimus support service, and we will make every effort to help you as soon as possible.

Also, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that your service plan is activated. If your service plan is not activated, your account will not be charged, but your access to the API will be locked.
If API support for a token or a user is disabled, the authentication result will always be negative regardless of the details entered by the user.
